We're seeking a talented Lead Developer Patient Portal to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large team of software developers focused on patient engagement.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve their best.
  • Recruit and select top talent to join our team.
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies.
  • Ensure the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
  • Collaborate with local and international product teams to drive innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in management and/or working with agile development teams.
  • Strong leadership mentality and technical expertise.
  • Knowledge of at least three technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Go, JavaEE, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL.
  • Practical experience in developing enterprise applications with web technologies.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written English language skills.
