Job Title: Backend Cloud Developer

At msg global solutions, we're seeking a skilled Backend Cloud Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust server-side applications using modern technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure server-side applications using NestJS, TypeORM, and Jest.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Optimize backend performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot issues to maintain a high-quality user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, participating in code reviews and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in NestJS and TypeORM.
  • Commercial experience in web development, with a minimum of 4 years.
  • Experience with popular public cloud services, such as AWS and Azure.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and ORMs.
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Independent individual with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with Jest and other testing libraries.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform (SAP BTP), Cloud Foundry, and K8S.
  • Knowledge of OData and CI/CD pipelines setup.
  • Knowledge of Design Patterns and Best Practices.
