Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing acquisition analytics strategy aligned with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
Lead and Mentor a Team of Marketing AnalystsLead and mentor a team of marketing analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and ensuring the team has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality analytics.
Provide Actionable Insights on User Acquisition PerformanceUtilize analytics to provide actionable insights on user acquisition performance and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing marketing strategies accordingly.
Design and Implement A/B Testing and Experimental FrameworksDesign and implement A/B testing and other experimental frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Measure ROI of Marketing SpendCreate tools, KPI frameworks, and reports to measure ROI of marketing spend, continuously monitoring and guiding marketing spend across various channels to maximize ROI.
Align with Marketing, Product, and Engineering TeamsWork closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on data needs, creating global guidelines on how data needs to be collected and consumed.
Develop and Enforce Standardized Naming Conventions and Tagging StrategiesDevelop and enforce standardized naming conventions and tagging strategies for marketing campaigns and data collection, ensuring data consistency across the organization.

Requirements
- 7+ Years of Experience in Marketing Analytics
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on user acquisition for technology-driven consumer-facing companies.
Proven Experience in Leading and Managing a TeamProven experience in leading and managing a team of analysts and data scientists, with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
Strong Proficiency in Analytics Tools and PlatformsStrong proficiency in analytics tools and platforms, including Google Big Query, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Python/R, and other relevant technologies.
Exceptional Analytical SkillsExceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive business decisions with data-driven recommendations.
Excellent Communication and Presentation SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Experience with A/B Testing, Attribution Modelling, and Experimental Design MethodologiesExperience with A/B testing, attribution modelling, and other experimental design methodologies, with a strong understanding of how to apply these techniques to drive business growth.
Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Channels and StrategiesStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including paid search, social media, and content marketing, with a focus on driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
