Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex cross-platform enterprise solutions and make a meaningful impact on people's lives. You will have the chance to partner with various stakeholders, develop user-centered design solutions, and contribute to the overall roadmap strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute generative and evaluative user research activities relevant for maturity of each project in accordance with the best User Experience practices.
  • Create service blueprints, user journeys, mood and story boards, prototypes, and wireframes.
  • Conduct and participate in design reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers.
  • Stakeholder management.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters in Human Factors, Interaction, Industrial or Product Design, Cognitive, Experimental or Behavioral Psychology, Anthropology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 10+ years' experience in Product Design for large-scale enterprise solutions.
  • Experience designing for medical devices or other highly complex cross-platform enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with Mobile Applications / Native Apps.
  • Working knowledge Figma.
