Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fachmann für Entgeltabrechnung und Personalwirtschaft, der unsere Leitung unterstützt und unsere Teams bei der Umsetzung unserer Strategien unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellen und Durchführen der korrekten Entgeltabrechnung unter sozialversicherungsrechtlichen und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Aspekten
  • Erster fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Fragen zu Entgeltabrechnungen seitens Senior Management und Standortleitungen
  • Weiterentwickeln eines einheitlichen Controllings von Beschäftigtenkennzahlen, der Personalplanung, der Kündigungsquote sowie von Eintritten und Austritten
  • Leiten von und Mitwirken bei Projekten zur Prozess- und Systemoptimierung z.B. bei Personalinformationssystemen
  • Optimieren des internen und externen Reportings
  • Monitoring steuerungsrelevanter quantitativer und qualitativer Personalkennzahlen
  • Erstellen von Personalkostenplanung und Forecasts zur Personalkostenentwicklung
  • Analysieren der Zahlenbasis und Ableiten von Maßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit HR Management und HR Controlling
  • Verantworten und Erstellen von regelmäßigen Reportings und Statistiken, die auf Gehaltsdaten basieren

Was wir bieten
  • Tiefgehende Expertise in der Entgeltabrechnung und im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer äquivalenten Funktion
  • Berufserfahrung im Personalcontrolling oder in der Steuerung personalwirtschaftlicher Prozesse
  • Sehr gutes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Kenntnisse des P&I Loga Systems sind von Vorteil
  • Erfolgs- und ergebnisorientierte sowie kommunikative Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Durchsetzungs- und Teamfähigkeit gleichermaßen
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen
