Research and Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

The Research and Business Analyst will serve as the central data source for requests, both internal and external, for information about Tallahassee Community College. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support informed decision-making.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of research processes, including data collection, analysis, and presentation methods. They will also have the ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to research, analysis, or computing, and a minimum of two years of experience in data analysis. They will also have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with relational databases such as SAS, SQL, and procedural programming languages.

  • Experience working in a postsecondary educational environment
  • Knowledge of community colleges and their operations
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools
