About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Quality Assurance to join our team at CSL Behring. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality-related topics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with quality-related issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology or chemistry.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including GLP and ISO 17025.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
