Global Sales and Revenue Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in our Aviation division. With over 50 years of experience in software solutions, we have developed intelligent process optimization based on AI and operations research. Our team is future-oriented, flexible, yet structured.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead our sales and business development efforts in Aviation, shaping our SaaS growth strategy and maximizing revenue in the fast-evolving industry. As Global Head of Sales and Revenue, you will own the SaaS revenue strategy, expand our market presence with scalable solutions, and build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Owning the SaaS revenue strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel strategy for revenue growth through direct sales, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Expanding our SaaS market presence: Drive market expansion with cost-effective SaaS solutions that address critical industry needs and fuel sustainable growth.
- Measuring success in SaaS: Track and report on SaaS-specific performance metrics, including churn, retention, net revenue retention (NRR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Building high-performing teams: Build, inspire, and strengthen our sales and account management teams to establish a powerful market presence.
- Identifying new market opportunities: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and the competitive landscape to unlock new business opportunities.
- Enhancing customer success: Elevate customer acquisition and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Sales/Business Development Leadership in SaaS/Cloud: 10+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or leadership roles within aviation, cloud services, or digital transformation sectors.
- Proven growth expertise: A history of executing growth strategies and achieving substantial revenue increases, especially within SaaS models.
- Industry knowledge: In-depth expertise in the aviation or ground handling industry, with a broad perspective on emerging SaaS and cloud trends within the aviation sector.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Strategic, opportunity-driven, and able to take calculated risks.
- Analytical and decisive: A data-driven decision maker with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A dynamic work environment with flexible working hours and up to 50% remote work.
- Competitive salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience.
