Hangar Operations Manager

We are Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Ryanair, based at Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER. Our team of engineers and mechanics is responsible for the maintenance of all Ryanair aircraft in multiple stations across Germany.
We are currently seeking a Hangar Manager for our station in Berlin Brandenburg (BER), Germany.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and oversee the Hangar Staff and Facility to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the serviceability and appearance of equipment, facilities, and premises to a high standard.
- Ensure all tasks are documented and meet company and legislative requirements.
- Communicate aircraft status effectively.
- Manage resources to achieve efficient and cost-effective maintenance.
- Audit Hangar and Facilities in accordance with Company Procedures.
- EASA PART 66 CAT B1 and C License with Boeing B737NG at least, preferable B737NG and B737MAX / Airbus A320.
- At least six months work experience on type during the last two years.
- Excellent communication skills - fluent English is essential.
- Good computer literacy.
- Willing to work shift.
- A valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and a valid EU driver's license.
- Direct and permanent employment with a German contract.
