About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at HealthCaters UG (haftungsbeschränkt). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our operations and customer success functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the leadership team in developing and implementing operations strategies
  • Ensure seamless and efficient B2B customer onboarding processes
  • Design and implement scalable operations processes
  • Manage and supply hardware, materials, and human resources needed to operate B2B client locations
What You'll Contribute
  • Launch new B2B clients in Germany and abroad
  • Coordinate resources, including inventory and staff, to ensure continuous and sustainable onboarding of clients
  • Ensure timely completion of new customer onboarding projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, establishing effective communication and feedback channels
  • Conduct customer interviews as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management in a fast-growing startup or small company
  • Exceptional project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Excellent communication and deadline management skills
  • Passion for working with people and ability to handle multiple contacts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to experiment and deliver results in uncertain environments
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently, with flexibility for short-notice business trips
  • European driving license
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Residency in Berlin or willingness to relocate
