Office Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Business Management and Operations team as an Office Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, including ordering and managing printed materials and business cards for BCG colleagues in Germany, revising space plans for the Munich office, and taking on additional special tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key point of contact for BCG employees, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, and provide support as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program.
- Proficient in business fluent German and English language skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
