Horváth is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Cost Optimization initiatives in Procurement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in our supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

  • Cost Optimization
    • Develop and implement cost reduction strategies in Procurement
    • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
    • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate better prices and terms
  • Supply Chain Optimization
    • Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
    • Lead the development and implementation of new procurement processes and systems
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize supply chain improvement initiatives
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication

Your Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
    • Proven track record of cost reduction and supply chain optimization
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
