Job Summary:
Gotion Germany Battery GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the European local energy storage market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Collect and analyze market information, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed annual sales targets and profit goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Competitor Analysis: Gather and analyze market information on competitors, providing regular feedback to the responsible person.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as mechanical, electrical, management, or marketing.
- Experience: At least 8 years of sales experience in the new energy market, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the energy storage industry.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Import and Export Trade Procedures: Familiarity with import and export trade procedures and strong ability to develop overseas markets.
- Comprehensive Capacity: Strong compressive capacity and strain capacity, with clear logic and negotiation skills.
