Our Team
As part of the HomeToGo group, we are also part of the world's largest online marketplace for vacation rentals. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of CRM.
Your Contribution
As the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our CRM strategies, leading a team of 2-3 members, and ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM systems. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-3 members, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our CRM initiatives.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies and solutions that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee the technical infrastructure and optimization of our CRM systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Work with the team to identify and develop relevant customer segments for targeted, automated, and personalized customer communication.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree and have at least 5 years of experience in B2C CRM, with a focus on technical projects.
- Have experience with large data sets and IT projects, and enjoy working with complex data.
- Have experience in coordinating complex CRM projects across multiple teams, such as product and engineering, with excellent project management skills.
- Be a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a strong analytical focus.
- Have knowledge of additional CRM solutions, particularly Emarsys, is an advantage.
- Have fluent German language skills and good English language skills.
