Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and ensure accurate payroll processing for 200 employees in Germany and Poland, and 20 employees in Denmark.
* Liaise with payroll providers in each region, resolving payroll discrepancies and managing issues, particularly in Poland.
* Support the migration to a new payroll provider, ensuring a smooth transition across multiple regions.
* Work with internal teams to address payroll-related queries and improve responsiveness from external providers, especially in Denmark.
* Provide expertise in payroll regulations and processes in Germany, Poland, and Denmark.
* Ensure timely payroll submissions and compliance with local regulations, including ADP in Germany.
* Administer employee benefits and deductions, ensuring accuracy in the payroll system.
* Maintain payroll records and generate reports for audits and internal reviews.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in international payroll management, specifically for Germany, Poland, and Denmark.
* Experience with payroll implementation would be highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of ADP or similar payroll systems, particularly for Germany.
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Experience working with external payroll providers and managing transitions between providers.
