Payroll Specialist Senior

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee and manage payroll processing for several countries in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with payroll vendors and direct the work of team members supporting these countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely and accurate data submission to payroll vendors, adhering to agreed processes and timelines.
- Plan and assign activities according to payroll calendars, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for payroll-related issues in supported countries.
You will also support the EMEA Payroll Manager in vendor management activities, including monitoring vendor performance and conducting service reviews.
Requirements:- At least 57 years of experience in payroll, finance, or HR operations with cross-country exposure.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in payroll operations, either in-house or vendor-side.
