About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition and Event Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Development of Our Brand Identity - Collaborate with our marketing team to strengthen our presence at trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Organizing and Executing Events - Plan, coordinate, and execute successful events, including logistics, visual displays, and attendee engagement.
  • Managing Expositions and Workshops - Oversee the preparation and distribution of exhibition materials, as well as the coordination of workshops and training sessions.
  • Coordinating with Internal Teams - Work closely with product management, sales, central dispatch, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Improving Processes and Procedures - Continuously evaluate and optimize our event management processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Completed Commercial Education - A degree in a related field is essential for this role.
  • Excellent German and English Language Skills - Proficiency in both languages is required for effective communication.
  • SAP Knowledge - Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
  • Flexible, Independent, and Results-Oriented Work Style - You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion, Motivation, and Team Spirit - A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to collaborate with the team are essential.
