About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Exhibition and Events Specialist. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our exhibition and event strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution - Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Exhibition Management - Oversee the preparation and logistics of our exhibition stands, including the coordination of materials and equipment.
  • Communication and Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including product management, sales, and logistics, as well as external partners and vendors.
  • Process Improvement - Continuously evaluate and optimize our event and exhibition processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Commercial Education - Hold a successful completion of a commercial education program.
  • Language Skills - Possess excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • SAP Knowledge - Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
  • Work Style - Demonstrate flexibility, independence, and a results-oriented approach to work.
  • Personal Qualities - Show passion, motivation, and a strong team spirit.
