About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized IT Project Manager to join our team at Hans Segmüller Polstermöbelfabrik. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Assist in creating project timelines, resource planning, and budgeting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Communicate with internal teams and external partners to understand project requirements and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Project Monitoring: Track project progress, identify risks, and develop solutions for risk mitigation to ensure project success.
  • Team Support: Support and coordinate the project team in technical challenges and provide guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Documentation: Document project results and prepare reports for management to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Completed IT vocational training or similar qualification.
  • Language Skills: Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level).
  • Experience: Experience in project management or the application area.
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and proactively.
