About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager / IT Governance Manager to join our team at Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Bayern Mitte eG. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they align with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, including data protection and information security.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project management practices.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL, and experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
