About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager / IT Governance Manager to join our team at Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Bayern Mitte eG. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they align with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure effective IT governance.
  • Collaborate with the IT leadership team to develop and implement IT strategies, aligning with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on governance and compliance.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
