The Creative Studio collaborates with marketing to explore and implement impactful campaigns, content, and creative assets for our flagship brands: Mozilla, Firefox, and others on the horizon. We are the custodians of these product identities, all of which are poised for transformation.
Our Studio team possesses insights into all business strategies and initiatives across Mozilla and its various products. It is a vibrant and dynamic environment that plays a crucial role in shaping public perceptions on topics such as online privacy and responsible technology, making these issues relevant and accessible to our audiences.
The Role
As a Mid-Level German Content Strategist with a focus on Social Media, you will create compelling and engaging content that aligns with Mozilla's unique voice across our social media platforms. You will be an integral part of our European marketing team, enhancing engagement and communicating our core values to the German-speaking audience. Reporting to the Associate Art Director for Social Media, you will collaborate closely with the European Creative Studio team and the Communications team responsible for Mozilla's social media presence.
You Are:
Skilled in crafting engaging, concise, and persuasive content specifically designed for our German social media platforms. Creative and strategic, with a talent for storytelling that resonates with the audience. A collaborative team member who thrives in cooperative environments, both giving and receiving constructive feedback.You Will:
Develop and implement creative content for various social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and mission. Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain cohesive messaging across all channels. Analyze and refine content strategies based on performance metrics, optimizing for engagement and reach. Stay informed about social media trends to keep our content innovative and relevant.Your Professional Profile:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, German Language and Literature, or a related discipline. You possess over 4 years of dedicated experience in content creation, particularly for social media. You have an excellent command of the German language (native level) and are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. You demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in a remote work setting.-
