Als medizinisch-diagnostischer Dienstleister steht die Gesundheit unserer Patient*innen im Mittelpunkt. Wir suchen für den Bereich Prozessoptimierung und Operational Excellence einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für Göttingen oder Hamburg.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Begleitung des Aufbaus einzelner Prozessstandards und Einbringung von theoretischem Wissen bei Analysen und Auswertungen zum Thema Prozessoptimierung und Operational Excellence
  • Verantwortung in Teilprojekten mit unterschiedlichsten Schwerpunkten, wie dem Aufbau eines internen Bereichsreportings oder bei quantitativen Untersuchungen zum Thema KVP-Kultur in Lean-Projekten
  • Projektmanagementaufgaben und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, wie der Erstellung von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Präsentationen sowie bei der Projektsteuerung
  • Unterstützung des Direktors Prozessoptimierung bei übergreifenden und strategischen Aufgaben im Bereich des Operational Excellence und Transformation Office
Anforderungen und Qualifikationen
  • Student (m/w/d) eines naturwissenschaftlichen, technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studienganges
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Motivation, theoretisches Wissen in der Praxis anzuwenden
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, soziale Kompetenz sowie selbstständiger, strukturierter und analytischer Arbeitsstil
  • Proaktive Herangehensweise und Organisationsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets sowie sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
