About the Role
We are seeking an Operational Excellence Intern to join our international Operational Excellence Team at the European Distribution Centre in Hamburg-Allermöhe.
As an Operational Excellence Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in distribution, implementation of projects, and coordination of trainings.
Your Responsibilities
- Implementation of projects focused on efficiency improvement or project transparency
- Implementation of methods in the area of Lean Management and Six Sigma
- Coordination and execution of trainings
- Collaboration in the continuous improvement process
- Research, analysis, and processing of technical topics
- Execution of measurements and monitoring of key figures
About You
- Advanced degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or a comparable field of study
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Hands-On mentality and implementation of solutions in the production environment
- First contact points or basic knowledge in the area of Lean Management desirable
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects
