Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter to join our team. As a key member of our administrative department, you will be responsible for managing various tasks, including:

  • Büromanagement: Maintaining accurate records, processing documents, and handling correspondence.

  • Mitarbeiterstammdaten: Updating and maintaining employee data, ensuring timely and accurate information for payroll purposes.

  • Bewerbermanagement: Coordinating the recruitment process, including correspondence and invitations.

  • Vertrags- und Dokumentenerstellung: Creating contracts, certificates, and other documents as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung or equivalent qualification.

  • Erfahrung im Personalbereich is desirable but not essential.

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit and fluency in German.

  • Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit.
