As part of Mars Science & Diagnostics, we're shaping the future of pet health. We're seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Central Europe. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across the region, working closely with our Communications and Marketing Central Europe Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceive, organize, and implement customer communication, sales, and advertising campaigns across print and online channels, including social media.

• Analyze and monitor completed sales and advertising campaigns to inform future strategies.

• Collaborate with various specialist departments, such as Sales, Product Management, and Corporate Affairs, to drive regional initiatives.

• Support our international sales team and lead on trade fair organization.

• Conduct market surveys and stay up-to-date on innovative market knowledge.

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in marketing and communication.

• Completion of a degree or training in a relevant subject area.

• Experience in digital media, applications, and/or social media.

• Proficient in English and German language.
