Packaging Engineer

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Verpackungsingenieur, der sich auf die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Verpackungssystemen spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil des Packaging CoE sein und an den Direktor Global Packaging berichten.

Die Hauptverantwortlichkeiten umfassen die Führung in den Bereichen Verpackung, Lagerung und Materialhandling, die Unterstützung von Kapital- und NDE-Projekten, die Unterstützung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen durch Methoden der Performance Excellence und die technische Unterstützung bei Qualitätsbeschwerden.

Der Kandidat sollte über 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Betrieb haben, darunter über 4 Jahre direkte Erfahrung in der Verpackung. Praktische Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche von mechanischen und/oder elektrischen Systemen ist erforderlich. Organisiert, detailorientiert und methodisch sollte der Kandidat sein. Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sind erforderlich, bevorzugt mit Performance Excellence.

Die Rolle erfordert körperlichen Bewegungen, um sowohl manuelle als auch elektrisch betriebene Werkzeuge und Testgeräte zu bedienen, sich in der Einrichtung zu bewegen (einschließlich Treppensteigen in allen Gebäuden) und Aufgaben in erhöhten Bereichen auszuführen.
