Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Attract new clients and develop them into key partnerships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, fostering long-term relationships
  • Assess client requirements and suggest effective solutions
  • Ensure a smooth process for clients and candidates from initial inquiry to contract finalization and beyond
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Highly motivated by performance and success, with a commitment to excellence
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing services, software sales, or related sectors
  • Passion for IT and software, staying updated on industry developments
  • Team-oriented with a competitive edge in collaborative settings
  • Proficient in both German and English
