Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a skilled Flutter developer to join our team at Ocell GmbH, a Munich-based climate-tech startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience with Flutter.
  • As a Flutter developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving our Dynamic Forest frontend.
  • You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our tech stack and help develop the technical skills of other team members through pair programming sessions and code reviews.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in software engineering is necessary.
  • Experience with Dart programming language is essential.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
  • The ability to work effectively in a small, agile team with quick decision-making processes is crucial.
Preferred Qualifications
  • More than 3 years of experience with Flutter is highly desirable.
  • Experience with additional general-purpose programming languages such as Kotlin, Swift, or Typescript is a plus.
  • Experience with native plugins for Flutter is also a plus.
  • Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design are highly valued.
  • Professional experience in Flutter or mobile development is highly desirable.
