About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Software Engineer to join our team at simpleclub. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining our digital learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our mobile application using Flutter, ensuring high-quality and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and products.
  • Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our engineering practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow and develop in their careers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading development teams and contributing to multiple simultaneous product development efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter and its ecosystem, with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
