We are seeking a highly skilled Rollout Manager Data Migration Specialist to join our team at Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our ONE template across all countries and organizations within the Intersnack Group.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Deliver Implementation Work: You will lead and deliver the implementation work in the area of Master Data and Data Migration across the Intersnack Group, ensuring that all countries and organizations are transitioned to the defined ways of working.
- Drive ONE Template Implementation: You will drive the ONE template implementation across the group in line with the overall roll-out plan, ensuring that all countries and organizations are aligned with the template's standards.
- Support Local Implementation Teams: You will support local implementation teams to transition from their current ways of working and organizational setup into the future common way of working and the resulting organizational setup in the data area.
- Ensure Timely Go-Live: You will ensure that local implementation teams go live in a timely manner, maintaining the delivery scope and budget.
- Socialize and Defend Data-Related Aspects: You will socialize and defend the data-related aspects of the ONE template to avoid local deviation to either process or system standards.
- Quickly Flag and Resolve Local Issues: You will quickly flag and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
- Drive Creation of Functional Specifications: You will drive the creation of Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the application of the ONE template within the local organization.
- Enable Key Resources: You will enable key resources within the local organization to support implementation of the ONE template.
- Guide Local Experts: You will guide local experts, including IT specialists, to develop a solid basis for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring both central and local policies for IT governance are embedded and supported.
- Document Work: You will document all work to project-defined standards within standard document templates and use tools such as JIRA and SharePoint to monitor actions, update documents, and manage workload.
- University Degree: You must have a university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or similar experience.
- Work Experience: You must have approximately 10 to 15 years of work experience in IT or (in-house) consulting, with FMCG (ideally food) experience being a must.
- Project Management Qualifications: Project Management qualifications, such as PMI or PRINCE2, would be desirable.
- Data Migration Experience: You must have experience in data migration for ERP or similar projects, with experience in managing master and transactional data, as well as migrating data in projects or as part of a business-as-usual organization.
- ETL Solutions: You must have experience in ETL (Extract-Transition-Load) solutions.
- Functional Specifications: You must have proven experience in writing Functional Specifications.
- Software/Module/Component Testing: You must have experience in software/module/component testing.
- Consulting-Like Behavior: You must have consulting-like behavior, convincing colleagues to contribute without direct hierarchical power.
- Business Process and Organizational Change: You must have experience in managing Business Process and organizational change.
- Natural Trainer: You must be a natural trainer.
- MS Office Skills: You must have sound MS Office skills.
- Fluent Spoken and Written English: You must have fluent spoken and written English, with any further language spoken within Intersnack being considered a plus.
