Real Estate Management Professional

As a Working Student—Real Estate Management at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a key role in supporting the CE Real Estate Project Director in delivering real estate projects across our CE offices. Your responsibilities will include managing our real estate portfolio, ensuring successful project execution, and helping to adapt our portfolio and workplace strategies in line with evolving business demand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in overseeing our real estate portfolio, managing key lease dates, lease options, and CAPEX planning.
- Support the CE Real Estate Project Director in delivering real estate projects, from strategy development, lease management, and planning to coordinating the design, build-out, and delivery phases.
- Help create and monitor long-term portfolio strategies, ensuring they align with future business requirements.
- Ensure that future activity pipelines are tracked and updated regularly.
- Support in preparing reports and updates on project progress for local office teams and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with external consultants such as brokers, architects, and project managers to support project delivery.
- Assist in the development of real estate business cases, providing key data and insights to inform decision-making.
- You are highly organized and excel at managing multiple tasks across different phases of a project.
- You have strong attention to detail and can ensure project plans are executed effectively.
- You are proactive in solving problems and can navigate obstacles to find creative solutions.
- You communicate clearly and effectively and work well with both internal teams and external partners.
- You are adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, ideally in real estate management, business administration, or a related field.
- You are proficient in English, and knowledge of German is a plus.
- You are skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have a strong interest in commercial real estate and want to learn more about large-scale property management projects.
You'll join the Real Estate Management team, where collaboration is built on trust, respect, and support. You will work closely with the CE Real Estate Project Director, gaining valuable insights into the real estate industry. The role offers you the opportunity to interact with various departments, such as finance, HR, and local office management, as well as external partners like brokers and architects. Your team will be there to support you, ensuring you learn the ropes and develop your skills within the company.
