Real Estate Management Assistant

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our Real Estate Management team in delivering successful projects across our CE offices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in overseeing our real estate portfolio, managing key lease dates, lease options, and CAPEX planning.
  • Support the CE Real Estate Project Director in delivering real estate projects, from strategy development, lease management, and planning to coordinating the design, build-out, and delivery phases.
  • Help create and monitor long-term portfolio strategies, ensuring they align with future business requirements.
  • Ensure that future activity pipelines are tracked and updated regularly.
  • Support in preparing reports and updates on project progress for local office teams and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with external consultants such as brokers, architects, and project managers to support project delivery.
  • Assist in the development of real estate business cases, providing key data and insights to inform decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, ideally in real estate management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English, and knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate and a desire to learn more about large-scale property management projects.
