Job Description

PIMCO Prime Real Estate GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Analyst to join our European Real Estate Asset Management Coordination Office.

The successful candidate will support the Real Estate Asset Management department in various projects across regions, integrating and simplifying workflows and processes. They will also support the implementation of ESG and smart initiatives, contributing to setting up harmonized services for our clients.

The role includes coordinating and facilitating various Real Estate Asset Management activities within the organization, with a focus on process efficiency and harmonization of Real Estate Asset Management tasks and business approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the promotion of harmonization of business planning modeling practices and reporting standardization across Europe.
  • Analyze and process performance figures in business planning processes on a portfolio basis.
  • Promote integration and simplification of workflows and processes, driving Asset Management activities within Europe.
  • Support Smart building initiatives across regions.
  • Contribute to setting up the data asset management platform and developing relevant use cases.
  • Contribute to IT-tool related projects and other data-driven projects by providing AM-related input to improve efficiency.
  • Support reviewing opportunities for increased digitalization in processes.
  • Analyze the portfolio focused on AM-relevant data, such as inflation hedges and green leases.
  • Contribute to reviewing agnostic lease agreements and lease approval templates.
  • Support fulfilling energy and carbon consumption reduction targets and their reporting, considering the underlying tool landscape.
  • Support setting up an efficient ESG reporting platform and providing relevant AM input.
  • Closely interact with the EU Sustainability team, portfolio management, operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare meetings, coordinate, and present AM strategy initiatives during regular meetings with the Head of AM Europe and AM Coordination Office Europe, as well as other formats.
  • Strengthen cooperation and exchange between countries and regions, working on European and global harmonization initiatives, as well as the digital transformation project.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed studies in real estate or economics, with additional real estate qualifications ideal.
  • Internship or working student experience in real estate asset management is an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in German and English required.
  • Hands-on and self-initiative mentality, with perseverance in completing projects and tasks.
