Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und engagierten Teamleiter (m/w/d) im Customer Service, der mit Leidenschaft und Kompetenz die Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundenservices vorantreibt.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 12 Kundenservicemitarbeitern.
- Gewährleistung, dass alle Kundenanfragen zeitnah und kompetent bearbeitet werden. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, dass hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und Service-Standards eingehalten werden.
- Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Kundenservice-Prozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität. Einführung und Überwachung von KPI-Systemen zur Leistungsbewertung.
- Identifikation von Schulungsbedarfen und Organisation von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für das Team. Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung der Teammitglieder.
- Eskalationsstufe bei komplexen Kundenanfragen und Beschwerden. Sicherstellung einer professionellen und lösungsorientierten Bearbeitung.
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte und Analysen zur Leistung des Teams und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung.
- Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Optimierung des Kundenservice und Einführung neuer Technologien oder Tools.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position.
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams, starke Motivationsfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil).
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung und effizienten Organisation von Aufgaben in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
- Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren.
- Versiert im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und anderen relevanten Softwarelösungen.
