About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Senior Specialist to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our IT Service Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of audiovisual technology in our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out regular maintenance work and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Provide technical support and assistance at events, conferences, and meetings
  • Create and maintain documentation for installing and configuring AV systems
  • Support employees on all questions relating to information and telecommunication technology
  • Install, configure, and commission hard- and software components
  • Provide user training and advice
  • Document activities in our ticketing system
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training as an IT specialist, AV specialist, or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in IT/AV support, ideally in a highly service-oriented and international corporate environment
  • Solid knowledge of hard- and software, mobile devices, networks, and the latest Microsoft and Apple products
  • Experience in meeting and event support and familiarity with AV systems
  • Excellent German and very good written and spoken English language skills
