Fixed Income Indexing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Fixed Income Indexing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing daily support, automating workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of our Fixed Income Indexing business
  • Automate workflows for index development, setup, and product lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless solutions
  • Maintain existing data feeds and enhance them through collaboration with internal and external parties
  • Support the link between our Fixed Income Development and Operations teams
Requirements
  • Enrolled student of Economics with strong IT affinity or enrolled student in IT/Business Information Systems/Engineering with a strong interest in capital markets
  • Previous programming experience in Python is mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Git is preferable
  • Programming experience with financial database systems is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and procedural thinking
  • Independent and precise working style with a high level of enthusiasm and creativity
  • Very good command of English
