About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fixed Income Salesperson to join our team at Berenberg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our convertible bond and High Yield Credit footprint in the French and Benelux market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our client base and increase revenue in the French and Benelux market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with our trading desk to execute trades for our clients and proactively identify new trade interests.
  • Analyze and investigate client queries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies to promote our Fixed Income products.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in Fixed Income Institutional Sales, preferably with a focus on convertible bonds and High Yield credit in the French and Benelux market.
  • Strong execution skills and knowledge of execution platforms.
  • Knowledge of convertible bonds and the High Yield market is highly valued.
  • Excellent sales-oriented attitude, with a proactive and ambitious mindset.
  • Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in German.
