The company's editorial strategy focuses on four key areas: adventure games, racing games, retro gaming, and games inspired by iconic titles. By collaborating with renowned studios and authors, Microids has become a major player in the international video games market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments at Microids.
  • Main contact between the Headquarter department and the office in Berlin.
  • Coordinate trade marketing assets, partnerships, and strategies with worldwide distribution partners.
  • Work closely with the communications and marketing team at the headquarter on a daily basis.
  • Execute local campaign strategies from conception to launch.
  • Report on all trade marketing activities.
  • Attend trade shows and video game events.
Requirements
  • Requires sales, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a gaming-related brand and/or role is a plus.
  • A passion for video games is a plus.
  • Organisation, communication, and management skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge in product marketing within a games publisher or gaming-related media and/or creative agency preferred.
  • Experience managing budget controlling trade marketing goals.
  • Advanced Office, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Fluent level of German and English is required (written and verbal). French (verbal) is a plus.
