Audi Event Solutions GmbH is a specialized company for events and experiences, a subsidiary of Audi Immogroup. As a service provider for the AUDI AG and other companies, we implement professional events and can draw on numerous locations that are highly flexible and of high quality. Therefore, we organize business meetings with two people in exclusive rooms up to large events with 2,000 people. In addition, we manage the Audi driving experience from the planning of the varied events to the technical care of the vehicles and the implementation of all trips, whether on the dynamism area in Neuburg or over the breathtaking bends at the Großglockner. Furthermore, we have taken over the agency activity at the Audi Campus Flughafen München and are responsible for international events and meetings at five different event locations. In all areas of activity, a full-service approach is in focus: From the first contact to the comprehensive implementation of the event, we stand as a professional contact person at your side.
Responsibilities- Main contact person for all building-related topics
- Ensuring the functional safety and requirement-compliant equipment in the framework of building management
- Supporting activities in the area of building management, including ensuring faultless technical conditions
- Service provider management (obtaining offers, commissioning, coordination, control, and settlement)
- Care, inventory, and administration of the location inventory
- Warranty and damage management, including documentation
- Implementation of measures for minor repairs
- Supporting planning, implementation, and follow-up of small events/meetings
- Event-related coordination and demand planning of various trades (security, cleaning, etc.)
- Coordination of the in- and out-transport of exhibition vehicles
- Care of the coffee bar and counter occupation at small events/events/meetings
- Creation and elaboration of briefings for service personnel
- Completed training or studies in the field of facility or project management or a comparable and suitable qualification
- First professional experience in the field of project/building/event management
- Structured, goal-oriented working style and a customer-oriented approach
- Flexibility, resilience, and a sovereign handling of stressful situations
- Fluent German and English skills and experience in dealing with MS-Office
- A valid hygiene certificate is an advantage
- Valid driving license (class B)
- Will to perform regular working hours, possibly also in the evenings and at weekends
