Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting and assembling a talented team using effective hiring strategies and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coaching and inspiring team members while promoting their professional growth.
  • Assisting the Store Manager in delivering constructive feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and engaging in developmental discussions.
  • Overseeing store personnel metrics, including labor expenses, staffing plans, and scheduling.
  • Guaranteeing outstanding customer service by upholding established processes and standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Enjoys collaboration, inspires others, and leads by example.
  • Takes initiative as a versatile team player and consistently aims to provide customers with an exceptional experience.
  • Open to learning and exploring new opportunities.
  • Background in hospitality, retail, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in team leadership.

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both German and English.
