About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to join our team at Colliers, specializing in Office & Mixed-use Transactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new sales mandates and initiating off-market transactions from your network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new sales mandates and initiate off-market transactions from your network
  • Coordinate and execute sales processes for office and mixed-use properties
  • Prepare sales price estimates, pitch presentations, and marketing materials
  • Provide comprehensive support to our national and international clients throughout the transaction process
  • Offer buy-side advisory services
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the industry
  • Coordinate and accompany clients in negotiations and contract signing

Requirements

  • Completed degree, preferably with a focus on real estate or a completed real estate brokerage training, ideally combined with specialized further education
  • Ideally 5-10 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in transaction advisory services
  • Excellent market knowledge in the office and mixed-use segment, particularly in the Frankfurt/Rhein-Main region
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and structured work style
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, very good negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in all relevant static and dynamic valuation calculations (DCF, PE calculations, etc.)
  • Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
