Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transportation plans to meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of logistics professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of transportation operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure transportation performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in logistics and transportation management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
