Accounting Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Manager to lead and optimize our accounting operations. This critical role involves overseeing several key areas, ensuring the financial compliance of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Management: Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing packages, consolidating financial statements.
- Audit Management: Prepare and handle audits in accordance with IFRS and HGB standards.
- Financial Reporting: Report financial data to HQ as per various requirements.
- Closing Result Reporting: Generate monthly closing result reports for the CFO and HQ.
- Closing Plan Management: Announce monthly closing plans and ensure schedule adherence.
- Closing Adjustment Reporting: Prepare detailed closing adjustment reports.
- Result Analysis: Conduct quarterly analyses of result increases and decreases.
- Risk Management: Oversee risk management across accounting, tax, and finance functions.
- Cost Management: Manage sales, cost, and general cost management for each branch and office.
- Closing Management: Handle monthly closing management for branches and offices.
- Internal Invoice Verification: Check internal invoices between Eschborn and branches/offices.
- Process Verification: Verify all processes and interface programs related to sales and cost accruals.
- Contract Management: Manage internal contracts.
- Education: Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of work experience in accounting.
- Skills: Strong legal knowledge, excellent analytical thinking, and market understanding.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Korean, and German.
