The Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of technology initiatives, including technical projects and department-wide initiatives. Your role will be to enable the CPTO to work efficiently by supporting day-to-day business operations and planning and executing key strategic projects individually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management of key strategic programmes, autonomously or in close collaboration with technical leadership.
  • Ability to break down complex technical projects, abstract that technical complexity and present this information to stakeholders to enable them to make trade-offs.
  • Fulfil the role of Chief of Staff to the CPTO, acting as a sounding board for the exploration of ideas and ventures.
  • Take the lead on strategic communications such as presentations and roll-outs, particularly those of a technical nature.
  • Effectively capture and present key metrics and data to assess engineering effectiveness.
