Deputy Technical Manager

As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems and facilities. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our hotel and providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all technical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Manage a team of technical staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce our environmental impact.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
