Service Experience Designer

As a Service Experience Designer, you will join our UX & CI team in the headquarters of Heidelberg (Germany) and report to the Director UX & Customers Insights.
We are recruiting an experienced Service Designer to create tangible experiences for our customers. This role involves being a critical thinker who can inspire digital teams and stakeholders to develop seamless product and service ecosystems that meet customer needs. You will analyze existing journeys in both online and offline channels, propose solutions to drive business value, and execute discovery and research with end-customers as well as internal stakeholders.
Your Profile- You should have at least 3 years of experience working as a Service Designer or a similar role.
- You must possess a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles.
- You should be proficient in experience mapping and service prototyping.
- You should have researcher skills, including knowledge of various learning and discovery UX methods.
- You should be proficient in moderation and facilitation skills.
- You should be proficient with virtual collaboration and visualization tools such as Miro, Mural etc.
- You should be a self-starter with strong project management and communication skills.
- You should be fluent in English.
As a Service Experience Designer at Heidelberg Materials, you can expect an attractive salary ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
