Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to our success in Customer Credit Risk Management (CCRM) for our EMEA customers.
As a Credit Risk Management Professional, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including:
- Managing credit management activities, such as master data, accounts receivable, collection, cash, and risk management.
- Collaborating with CCRM EMEA and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and adherence to procedures.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for internal and audit purposes, ensuring compliance with BASF policies and business guidelines.
- Providing proactive ideas and information to support regional monitoring and reporting.
- Supporting projects and ensuring the smooth execution of business processes and system accommodation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A formal vocational training program in business and commerce or a comparable degree or certification.
- First professional experience in the Order to Cash field, including credit risk management, finance, or treasury.
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and networking skills in English, with additional language skills in German, Spanish, Italian, or French a plus.
- Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to analyze data for process improvements and independently solve problems.
