Internal Communications Manager

As a seasoned professional in internal communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy for DKV Mobility. Your primary goal will be to foster a culture of transparency, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments.
- Design and implement engaging internal communication channels, including the company intranet, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
- Manage and maintain the company's internal communication calendar, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Develop and deliver high-quality content, including articles, videos, and other multimedia materials, to support internal communications initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to inform future strategy and optimize results.
- Proven experience in internal communications, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in creating engaging digital content.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent language skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
