Internal Communications Manager

As an Internal Communications Manager at DKV Mobility, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that engages and informs employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate engaging content across various internal channels.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a sense of community and connection among employees.
- Manage and maintain the company's intranet, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and provides relevant information to employees.
- Conceptualize, organize, and execute internal events and activities that promote company culture and values.
- Proven experience in internal communications, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective communications strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong media literacy and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner across various channels.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to content development.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using various software applications to create engaging content and presentations.
